Boca Raton, FL – The Boca Raton Police Services Department’s Traffic Homicide Unit is investigating a fatal vehicle crash, which occurred at the intersection of Congress Avenue and W Yamato Road at 8:30 this morning.
The crash involved a Ford F-150 that was traveling west in the left center lane of W Yamato Road and a Porsche 914 that was traveling eastbound on W. Yamato. The vehicles collided as the Porsche attempted to make a left turn.
The driver of the Porsche, 69-year-old Richard Lewis (Boca Raton, FL), was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Ford, 33-year-old Carlos Duenas (Tamarac, FL), sustained minor injuries.
