CVE drivers, visitors, and contractors slow it down and stop at the stop signs. Stop signs are not suggestions; they mean STOP! The corner of West Drive and Newport Drive seems like the wild west, where you can speed and stop as you like. That is what it looks like from the hours of video we took.
