On October 4, 2019, the City issued a notice to Pac Comm Inc. and the bonding company, which terminated the agreement with the contractor and demanded that the bonding company fulfill the pending contractual obligations. At this point, the bonding company is obligated to advise the City within the timeframe provided in the bond as to how they intend to fulfill the contractual obligations. Therefore, it is still too soon to announce any dates for the completion of this project.
