Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl- Deerfield Beach only has one bagel bakery baking their own, so off to Boca we went for our taste test.
Now I certainly started this story to pick my favorite bagel in Deerfield and Boca Raton. My favorite in South Florida had been for decades “The Sage Deli” in Hallandale, which has now changed to Moes. The bagel shops listed in this post are, of course, my favorites here in Boca Raton. 1- The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co., with 2 Boca Raton locations. Franchise or not, the best boiled and baked bagel in Boca! While court challenges are still pending between the founder and franchise holders, if there is any validity to their trademark claim

They make a damn good bagel! Like a great piece of pizza, you know it when you are eating it!
