Update of our January 18 post and April posts about Thick and Thin Pizzeria, now open in Deerfield Beach. Today, I did a quick takeout of my favorite Sicilian Pizza in South Florida from Thick And Thin. It was as good as ever. I had a quick chat with Alex(Alessandro) at the counter, and I look forward to my next visit. The pizza was perfect. I asked for well done, it was light, airy, and fluffy on the dough, great sauce, cheese, and crust!
That said was back at “Thick and Thin Pizzeria” yesterday for my favorite Sicilian Pizza in South Florida. I had half meatball and onion, and half cheese, only Sicilian Pizza to go. Did a quick stove top review on our Facebook page. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Lunetto, Alex’s mom, and dad Joseph, while I was at the new store, 230 South Federal Highway in the Publix Shopping Center.
The original Thick and Thin Pizzeria in Sandalfoot Cove has now opened its second pizzeria in Deerfield Beach. They are located on Federal Highway and Hillsboro Boulevard right near Publix in Hillsboro Square. Founded in 1985 by Giuseppe and Caterina Lunetto. The next-generation son, Alessandro, who has worked alongside his family in West Boca for many years, is now in the new store in Deerfield Beach. Today we tried our favorite Sicilian Pizza in South Florida, and it was excellent!
Old school recipes, homemade sauces, and great flavor, Thick and Thin has a complete menu of Italian specialties.
