Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-It has just been brought to our attention by two sources. Apparently, there will be some upcoming maintenance work at the main Century Village gatehouse on Hillsboro Boulevard forcing traffic to one lane to enter. I hope Deerfield Beach and BSO district office is aware.Hopefully the city is providing or encouraging CVE to pay for a “Special Detail” that will be needed to keep traffic flowing on eastbound Hillsboro Boulevard. Normally this would not be good but with Military Trail gatehouse closed and only leaving Powerline Road as an alternative. They can only handle one car at a time, also like the front gate will be when they close the entrance for those with barcodes for maintenance. Stay tuned more to follow……
