At approximately 6:17 p.m., on Sunday, June 7, Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded to a drowning call near the 900 block of Tivoli Terrace in Deerfield Beach. On scene, emergency crews made contact with a 3-year-old child that witnesses say had fallen into a nearby pool. The conscious child was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment.
