There are 3 live roaches in the electrical box at the back door in the kitchen There were 3 live roaches on the wall next to the back door in the kitchen. The manager was able to kill them. The area was cleaned and sanitized.

The item was stored at room temperature. The item was at room temperature for less than 4 hours and was not prepared or portioned today.
