Curt Levine the alleged Condo Commando Embezzler of $91,933.61 began his scheme on 4-20 of last year according to the police report filed with BSO. The report indicates Levine made eleven withdrawals from a Chase bank account for the condo association Durham W. Levine is a colorful character known to ride his bike throughout west Deerfield Beach. Levine could be seen on his multi-colored bicycle usually riding with a five-foot flute with him. The report also indicates the purchase of an airline ticket to Chicago. Public records indicate Levine sold his condo unit in Durham W for $40,000 below market value on 1-31-2020
