Deerfield Beach To Celebrate July Fourth and 250Th Anniversary of America

Celebrate Independence Day at Deerfield Beach’s annual 4th of July Celebration as we proudly commemorate the 250th Anniversary of America. This special milestone celebration features family-friendly fun, live entertainment, food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display by the ocean at 9:00 PM.

Location: Main Beach Area | 149 SE 21st Ave.
Admission: FREE

Bring your friends, family, chairs, and blankets and enjoy a festive beachside atmosphere as we come together to celebrate the red, white, and blue.

Road & Facility Closures

There will be several road and facility closures related to the 4th of July Celebration. Please review the information below and plan accordingly:

• International Fishing Pier:
  • The International Fishing Pier and Pier Parking Lot will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, in preparation for fireworks.
• Road & Parking Lot Closures (July 4th):
  • Ocean Way from Hillsboro Boulevard to SE 4th Street
  • Main Beach Parking Lot
  • Parking lot behind Ocean Rescue
• Additional Road Closures:
  • SE 2nd Street and SE 1st Street will be closed at A1A on July 4th
  • Hillsboro Boulevard Bridge:
  • On July 4th from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM, expect modified traffic flow and detours on the Hillsboro Boulevard Bridge to accommodate pedestrian traffic. Delays should be expected.

All  areas will reopen on Sunday, July 5th

Parking & Shuttle Services

Parking on the barrier island will be limited during the event.

Shuttle Service Details:

• Shuttle pickup location: St. Ambrose Catholic School
• Drop-off location: Main Beach Parking Lot
• Shuttle stop address: 363 SE 12th Avenue (east side of the building)

Shuttle Operating Hours:

• 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
