Broward Sheriff’s Office traffic homicide detectives are investigating a crash that left a Pompano Beach man dead Saturday night.

Shortly before 8 p.m. April 25, a red 2015 Nissan Rogue, driven by Keith Graley, was traveling eastbound on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., when it hit the inside raised curb of the center median just prior to going under the Interstate 95 overpass. The vehicle hit the guardrail on the south side of the roadway, eventually striking the concrete support pillar for the overpass. The vehicle came to a final stop after rolling over onto the driver’s side across the eastbound lanes.

When the vehicle struck the concrete pillar, both the driver and passenger were ejected.

The driver and passenger were transported to Broward Health North by Pompano Beach Fire Rescue. The passenger sustained fatal injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
