Description of Incident:

Broward Sheriff’s Office homicide detectives are investigating the death of 2-year-old Noah Sneed after his body was found by a daycare employee Monday afternoon inside a transport van parked in front of the facility.

Around 3:30 p.m. July 29, BSO Communications received the call asking for medical assistance at the Ceressa’s Daycare and Preschool located at 3140 N.W. 21st Ave. in Oakland Park. When BSO deputies and Oakland Park Fire Rescue arrived, they confirmed the toddler was deceased.

Noah’s body was transported to the medical examiner’s office where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.

Detectives confirmed the toddler had been transported in the van to the facility Monday morning. Investigators are continuing to interview daycare employees and other witnesses to determine the circumstances that led to the death.
