If that is not bad enough, Wells Fargo and Brixmoor have put ATM customers in additional peril. The roof issue, which apparently requires repair now, involves plywood and 2x4s that obstruct the ATM’s visibility from the parking lot.
This condition has persisted for some time. Not only is it a slip-and-fall hazard, but it is also a safety hazard that puts bank or ATM customers at risk.
We have written for years about our concern that this particular shopping center is a soft target, as it has 4 Synagogues located in it or adjacent to it.
