Deerfield-News. com-Deerfield Beach-So today we made two quick stops in West Boca Raton. The first to get our delicious Sicilian Pizza, half meatball and half onion, and half plain.
Ok, I am leaving out the part where I ordered online from Thick and Thin in Boca, the original store, when I meant to order from the new shop in Deerfield Beach. My Bad, when I realized my mistake inside the Deerfield Pizzeria, Alex Lunetto offered to cook me a fresh pizza right then and there in Deerfield Beach. I said no, I’ll grab the one I ordered online. It’s Sunday, so there’s no traffic, and I’ll go to Boca. As always, both locations, Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach, have great pizza and Italian lunches and dinners.
So off to West Boca Sandalfoot Cove!
Then we headed to Carvel on West Glades Road. Both of these establishments have been in West Boca for over 40 years. The Carvel franchise owned by Chuck Keller is located on the corner of Glades Road and Lyons Road. Today I had a large chocolate cone with chocolate sprinkles and it was nectar!
