Deerfield-News. com-Deerfield Beach, FL- Former Mayoral candidate, satanist, and agent provocateur Timmy Stevens is challenging Dan Herz’s ability to be a candidate for Mayor. Stevens alleges Herz resides in Plantation, which would prohibit him from running for office in Deerfield Beach. There is a hearing scheduled for today in Broward County Court.
Stevens acting as a Pro Se litigant is seeking a Temporary Restraining Order/Injunctive relief and is suing the City of Deerfield Beach, the Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott, and candidate for Deerfield Mayor Dan Herz.
I have asked Mr.Herz via Facebook to send a copy of his driver’s license, car registration, and/or voter ID showing proof he resides in Deerfield Beach.
