Like many, I have seen these so-called Constitutional Auditors on YouTube, who challenge law enforcement by videoing in public buildings and traffic stops and all kinds of places looking to push the police to the limit. I believe in everyone’s constitutional rights being protected. Video with audio of police and citizen encounters are some of the most powerful tools for both. The public has a right to know and see. These videos speak for themselves.
Florida has very broad public records laws, meaning government agencies including the police and Sheriff must provide media and the public access to these important documents including videos.
Those who drive “Hellsboro Boulevard” and Tenth Street and Powerline Road and Federal Highway see what goes on day and night and it seems like you never see traffic enforcement when you need it.
