The BSO Public Information Office is currently working a developing incident regarding a kidnapping located at: 2001 block of West Sample Road in Deerfield Beach.

At approximately 9:40 a.m. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a kidnapping call near the 2001 block of West Sample Road in Deerfield Beach. On scene, deputies learned an employee had been attacked and forced into a vehicle. A BOLO (Be On The Lookout) was issued and deputies began canvassing the area. Further investigations revealed, the attacker is known to the employee. During the investigation, the subject dropped off the victim at a local hospital. The subject was located a short time later and taken into custody. Detectives with BSO’s Special Victims Unit are investigating this active incident. The investigation continues.
