Under current Florida law, a patient may get 2.5 ounces of flower every 35 days if their Dr. orders it. The state of Florida recently enacted an exception to that allowing doctors to prescribe up to 5 ounces of marijuana for a patient every thirty-five days. Those without an exception may currently possess 4.0 ounces of Flower or smokeable marijuana. Those with the RFE exemption may possess 8 ounces of pot.
Dispensaries also offer vape products, tinctures, edibles, and even trans-derm patches for cannabis patients.
