The State of Emergency declared by Governor Scott on September 4,2017. According to Shannon will be in effect at least until November 3 and probably longer.According to Jay Shannon tolls on Florida’s Toll Roads will be place back in effect on all Florida Toll roads tomorrow at 12.01 Am.The exception is south bound traffic on the Florida Turnpike which will still have the toll waived until further notice.
