Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, FL-Stopped in Whit’s Frozen Custard on 49th and Federal Highway in Ligthouse Point, last week. I was met by a friendly greeting and a team of super polite young employees. All of whom were working hard.
I have to say the chocolate frozen custard in a chocolate waffle cone was off the charts Good! It was a hot Florida August day, and Whit’s not only hit the spot but exceeded my Jersey Shore frozen custard taste buds. It was, as we say at Deerfield News …That’s Nectar!

We always have vanilla and chocolate custard. But we also have a flavor of the week (and in some locations, a daily flavor) too!
WHITSERS
A Whitser is when you take all the custard and toppings and you blend them all together.
WHITTIES
You take two cookies, you put some custard in between and BAM – a whittie!
SHAKES
Take our custard, add some milk and mix in a few toppings and you have yourself a Whit’s shake!
SUNDAES
Take a scoop or two of one of our flavors and add your favorite toppings on top!
FLOATS
Our vanilla custard mixed in with a soda of your choice – you know, whatever floats your boat.
