If this were an actual breakup of a personal relationship, the city of Deerfield Beach would be entitled to a Temporary Restraining Order barring him from any contact and/or continued harassment with the city of Deerfield Beach.
Seems Sheriff Tony does not understand contracts. The one he terminated and now the one he is insinuating he will not honor?
I am sure any Broward County Circuit court judge will rule in favor of Deerfield Beach should the Sheriff decide not to honor his obligations and those of BSO to the city of Deerfield Beach during this transition.
THEN FOR SURE A TRO WOULD BE ISSUED, AND A MOTION TO COMPEL THE SHERIFF TO DO HIS DUTY WOULD BE ORDERED BY THE COURT.
