Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-As the grandson of original Century Village East residents who did not drive. I understand how important the buses are for residents to get to doctors, dentists, stores, pharmacies, and more. Deefield-News.com was recently contacted by both residents and merchants of Century Plaza. Their concerns were the reduction in service and frequency of buses from CVE to Century Plaza.

Century Plaza was built by Cenville and owned and operated by them in the late 70’s, shortly after Century Village was built.

Fast forward to today, there is a pharmacy, CVS, many doctors, dentists, a Qwest medical lab for blood work, and other medical screening procedures, banks, and an insurance agency. There is a barber shop, a cigar and lotto store, a nail salon, a medical footwear store, 3 Synagogues, and more.

I contacted Master Management Executive Director Vallen Smikle to clarify exactly what the change in bus service is, and this is their response.
