NEWSBREAK is a website and an App that ” Aggregates News and Media . News Aggregators like Google News, Apple News NewsSmart all serve a legitimate purpose. They distribute News from newspapers, television news stations, magazines, news websites, and their users.
Originally, I started this investigation into “NEWSBREAK” as I thought they were just stealing Intellectual Property and violating Copyright laws. I had two different local attorneys in Broward County refer me to two different Copyright and Intellectual Property attorneys. I have spoken with both of those law firms. Then the light bulb went off.
I SEE GOVERNMENT AGENCY NEWS RELEASES ALL THE TIME ON NEWSBREAK…..
Normally, as with Google News, a news organization will apply to be part of their news aggregation program. Yes, NewsBreak has a publisher program one can apply for, and other ways for a news organization to sign up and get their content published by NewsBreak.
But NewsBreak also takes others’ content and republishes it.
Which, on the surface, may appear to be a good thing to some small news organizations, as it will push Unique Visitors or traffic to their platforms.
NewsBreak, while an Aggregator of News, is taking full advantage of our “Freedom Of The Press” rights guaranteed in the 1st Amendment of the U.S Constitution, and to our detriment.
I have seen local news audio and video clips supplied by governmental agencies being used by NewsBreak, not its publishers or affiliates. Audio and Video of 911 calls and other information that they appear to have unfettered access to. This is of great concern to me, as I would think it should be to Intelligence Agencies and Law Enforcement.
But no, it appears to me they are doing something much more sinister, probably criminal and subversive, right out in the open.
Which is why I am questioning and calling on our Intelligence agencies and law enforcement to be looking at this very serious matter.
How many American News Organizations in China have free access to their government’s public records? The answer is none.
The question is why the Chinese government is in our country, taking advantage of our FOIA and broad Public Record Request laws? The next question is, who is watching “NewsBreak” and their activities?
Many Americans were worried about Chinese officials and Chinese companies buying up farmland and commercial property near Military Installations and Military bases in a few states.
Americans are concerned about Chinese companies and individuals purchasing “Real Estate”, but not worrying or questioning how they are infiltrating our “News” and using Public Information Requests and FOIA available against us.
Yet no one is questioning what they are doing with our News and Media.
Well, this website is questioning who in the hell is watching CCCP-controlled NewsBreak?
