Turner is described as a black female, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and black sandals.
FDLE said Turner could be traveling with two light skinned black or mixed race males in a dark gray or black sedan.
