Trump knows nothing of any consequence has been found with fraud on any scale with mail-in ballots. Trump is just using more of his scare tactics and a strategy to once again say the vote was rigged if and when he loses again.
The ballots are traceable online and are counted as received. Some states do it differently and that may slow down the tallying, but again there is no evidence of any widespread voter fraud.
