Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach Fl- A multi-county police chase seeking a wanted homicide suspect has ended with the suspects’ capture. The chase which ended has traffic being detoured and exiting eastbound of I-95 North at Hillsboro Boulevard. Multiple police agencies were involved in the pursuit including BSO. The pursuit ended after the vehicle’s tire had blown and he was surrounded by the chasing police vehicles, just south of Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton.
The Toyota Corolla was occupied by a male, the suspect, and a female passenger. Both were transported after the chase and handcuffing of the suspect and taken by Boca Fire Rescue to the hospital. The chase began in Miami after police said the car matched that of one wanted in an April 7 homicide.
