Juneteenth
The African American Heritage Board and the City of Deerfield Beach will be hosting the Juneteenth Celebration Freedom Fest on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Oveta McKeithen Recreational Complex, 445 SW 2nd Street, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Come out and enjoy live entertainment, food trucks, a kid’s zone, empowerment sessions, family reunion tents and more!
The 2025 Celebration will be hosted by HOT 105’s Rodney Baltimore with DJ Sco! Featuring music by Deep Fried Funk and headliner Canton Jones! You won’t want to miss this one!
FESTIVAL INFO:
- No advanced pre-registration is needed for this event.
- Coolers and alcohol are prohibited.
- Family Reunion tent applications will be available on MAY 1st and close on Friday JUNE 6th by 5PM! Space is limited and based on a first come, first serve basis. Applicants must adhere to the guidelines outlined in application to be eligible for a tent (families only, no local businesses or organizations for these particular tents).
