At approximately 11:42 a.m., on Sunday, March 23, Broward County Regional Communications received a call reporting a crash with injuries near Southwest 10th Street and Waterways Boulevard in Deerfield Beach. Broward Sheriff’s Office district deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded. On scene, they discovered a crash occurred involving a motorcycle and a vehicle. The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased on scene. Paramedics transported the driver of the vehicle to a local hospital with injuries listed as not life-threatening at this time. BSO’s Traffic Homicide Unit detectives responded and are currently investigating this incident.
