Deerfield-News. com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-A recent DBPR inspection of the controversial Deerfield Beach Cafe was less than stellar. The Deerfield Beach Cafe which is tied up in litigation with the city of Deerfield Beach for failing to leave when their lease expired has recently filed for bankruptcy protection. By filing for Chapter 11 Deerfield Beach Cafe has only avoided the inevitable eviction from the city of Deerfield Beach which owns the building and property.
