Fake                                         Real

Deerfield-News. com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-Apparently there is a new scam in town. Motorists are receiving fake parking tickets like the one in the picture from a company called Professional Parking Management While local TV personality and attorney Howard Finkelstein says they may be legal if you parked on private property, the landowner would need to bring a civil case to court to enforce it. That said this company has no authority in Deerfield Beach to issue tickets for the city of Deerfield Beach. the  only authority  to issue parking tickets in Deerfield Beach is the “Parking Division”.

Deerfield-News.com has contacted the city of Deerfield Beach about this scam and will post an update on this subject when they respond.
