Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-FYI-Parents “Camp Eagles Landing” has received 12 warnings/visits from code enforcement inspectors in relation to complaints received by the county. According to the Broward County dashboard, all of the complaints are resolved except one.
That said with 12 complaints reported to the county it is news.

Complainant Comments: How can a sleep away summer camp with 15 violations continue to operate? They have yet to be cited. Maybe the day/sleep away camp parents don’t care about their child’s health but when those kids are coming home on the weekends and possibly infecting others, is not acceptable. Parents who’s children tell them first hand there is no social distancing, no face masks being worn, playing sports together in groups larger than 10, 100’s in the cafeteria at one time, reports of at least 15 people positively infected and children/counselors traveling to places like NY and North Carolina…. How are they allowed to continue to operate. Broward county seems to be intentionally harming others who are trying to protect their children. Obviously the camp is only out for the money and not for the health or safety of the children and community.
