Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-The Columbia County Sheriffs Office is defending their deputy and his arrest. Dillon Shane Webb was arrested on May 5th and is set to appear in court on May 23, 2019.
The deputy believes the sticker which reads “I Eat Ass” violates Florida Statute 847.011, the driver says he is exercising his First Amendment rights and refused to alter the sticker as the deputy had suggested.
Dillon Shane Webb was charged with possession of obscene material and resisting arrest without violence after the traffic stop which happened on Highway 90 on the 5th of May.
