Around 10:30 a.m. today, Regional Communications received report of an assault, a woman spraying neighbors with an unknown chemical near 431 NW 36 Ave, DB. 2 BSO deps arrived to find one victim (a neighbor) had been sprayed with ammonia. The suspect is being baker acted. Victim was transported.
The smell was very strong. One of the two deputies had to be transported. The other deputy felt ok and chose to remain at the scene. Haz-mat is responding as a precaution.
