Deerfield Beach Commissioner Parness -Seems You Can Get Your Criminal Record Expunged By Sheriffs Office But Clerk Keeps Court Records

Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-In the learn something new everyday process here is today’s lesson. We published before Bernard Parness was arrested for solicitation of prostitution we requested the actual arrest report. We want to see exactly what was he or who was he soliciting. The following is our lesson. By statute, you may have the arrest record expunged, but that does not preclude the clerk of the courts from maintaining your court records showing the arrest. I have long been questioning why the proliferation of “Massage Parlors” I  mean RubNTugs. Seems no one really cares about these shops that pretend they are massage parlors. Deerfield Beach has more people in need of massage services than any other town in South Florida. Maybe others on the commission like these places and their services too? Someone is approving all of these establishments and visiting them on behalf of the city before licenses are granted.
