Mr.Lozman is the only plaintiff ever to win two cases before the Supreme Court! The first case involves a houseboat he owned and they confiscated. The odd thing is Riviera Beach thinks of Zane Lozman as a thorn in their side. The other odd thing is we have our source on the water treatment plant who says the only other plant in worse shape than ours which is messed up is the one in Riviera Beach.
Riviera and Deerfield both have or had Mayors who want to stifle free speech and freedom of the press. Also, I believe the use of the threat of police intimidation if a citizen wants to speak during their 3 minutes let them speak.
Sound familiar, do not say what Mayor wants to hear and maybe he will have you arrested? Do not say or post on the internet something he does not like and he attacks citizens of local towns and residents of Deerfield Beach alike.
Kind of like Mayor Ganz feels about some apparent bloggers they are a thorn in his side who use social media.
