Deerfield Beach Mayor Bill Ganz Bully Bigot and Free Speech Stifler

Deerfield-News.com-Deerfield Beach, Fl-To all those out in Cooper City who grew up with the Mayor, please continue to contact us.  As you know this week we started our story about Mayor becoming the third city official in South Florida who wants to control citizens free speech. Yes, freedom to seek redress from your government Mayor thinks he should determine who and what can be said at commission meetings by members of the public. Mayor implies he will use the Sheriff to remove those whose speech he does not like.

Our last post showed how Homestead and Riviera Beach are embroiled in Federal Court cases where city governments had citizens arrested for speaking at city commission meetings. Deerfield Beach is headed down this road and our bigoted, bully of a Mayor is behind it.

Below is the Mayor warning citizen and businessman  Dan Herz!!!  Who exactly does this Mayor think he is we live in a Democracy/Republic freedom of speech and the right to seek redress from your government are constitutional rights. Mayor Ganz you are not a dictator you are a freaking Mayor and not a very good one at that.

Below is where Mayor takes it upon himself to attack a longtime city resident who blogged something the Mayor did not like.Using the Dais as a Bully Pulpit to attack residents, not behavior becoming of a Mayor.

As you know we have brought forward the Mayor’s lack of calling out his friend and consultant Timothy  Chaz Stevens who has made Anti Semitic remarks to yours truly and Mayor seems to think that is ok. Well, Mayor, we have more people who contacted us to say you have said and done worse and not just Anti-Semitic remarks. So to be fair we will allow you all the space you would like to refute what members of our community and your former hometown in Cooper City say you have allegedly said. Mayor some of the things we have heard you said would lead one to believe you must resign from office. Again here is the email from your consultant and friend. Please note to whom Timmy “Chaz” Stevens sent this email to via cc …….missing was our one Jewish city commissioner wonder why he did not send it there?

Stevens father is on the Firemen’s Pension Board, Why?????  Our city does not need bigots at any level serving our city!

Request a public record that has been requested by Chaz Stevens from our city clerk and you can see what a bigoted jerk this guy is, and he has direct political contacts and a friendship with our Mayor! You would not believe the language this asswipe uses when dealing with city employees, he thinks he is cute and funny but he is just obnoxious.

I am no F. Lee Bailey, but like he asked Mr. Fuhrman during the O.J. Simpson trial, can you say you have never used the “N” word? Sources tell us you can not.

They also say this is not something you have done just once Mayor and it is not something you have done that long ago. Sources say you have also, allegedly said some pretty bad things about our Latino neighbors as well. Mayor your condescending tone to citizens and your actions of threatening to use police to stifle” Free Speech” as well as your apparent lack of sensitivity towards minority members of our city is appalling. Stevens statements and your lack of condemnation of them, as well as your alleged use of the N-word and attacks on Latinos in your past and not long ago, are not acceptable from a Mayor.

So I guess if I call you a  “Bigoted Redneck” from Cooper City I would not be that far off would I. Maybe you really do want to bring “CrackerDay” back to Deerfield Beach as some have said.
