The FBI announces the arrest of James Andrew Phillips, of Miami Gardens, Florida, for his alleged involvement in the robbery of an AmTrust Bank branch at 3600 W. Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, Florida, on 2/24/2020.
Phillips was arrested following a short pursuit by the Broward Sheriff’s Office in Deerfield Beach, Florida, on 2/24/2020 and is currently in federal custody.

Broward Sheriff’s Office, the FBI Miami Violent Crime Task Force and the FBI continue their investigation.
