CVE Master Management is transforming the former golf course at Century Village East into CVE Central Park, a scenic area featuring walking paths, picturesque vistas, and water features.
The project commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony on February 9, 2023, attended by village leaders, community members, and residents.
In 2025, CVE Master Management reached a major milestone in the long-term development of CVE Central Park, with all four park parcels — Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 — receiving final approval from the City’s Development Review Committee. We are happy to announce the Zen Garden was completed in January 2025.
This achievement marked a critical step forward, clearing the final regulatory hurdles and formally paving the way for construction.
With these approvals in place, the vision for a unified, village-wide Central Park moved decisively from planning into execution.
Looking ahead, Parcel 4 will become the focal point of CVE Central Park development in 2026.
Designed as a true oasis in the heart of Century Village East, the park will offer residents a blend of active recreation, wellness amenities, and serene natural spaces — all within walking distance of surrounding neighborhoods.
At the heart of Parcel 4 will be a half-mile walking trail gently weaving through the landscape, complemented by smaller off-shoot paths that lead residents to quiet seating areas and scenic spots for relaxation.
The initiative aims to enhance community engagement by providing residents with a serene environment for leisure and recreation.
