23-for running stop signs
1-safety belt violation
Please, folks, buckle up, slow down, and stop. The last video we took this morning showed a speeding car going around a motorist who did stop at West Drive and Newport Drive, changing lanes at a high speed and driving in the wrong lane so he could get past the motorist who was stopping.
