Deerfield Beach to Distribute Sandbags Ahead of Tropical Storm Helene

In preparation for Tropical Storm Helene, the City of Deerfield Beach will be distributing sandbags to residents on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while supplies last.

The sandbag distribution will take place at 210 Goolsby Boulevard, Deerfield Beach. Residents are advised to enter the facility northbound from Goolsby Boulevard. No entrance to the facility will be permitted from the southbound approach on Goolsby Boulevard. Please follow the established traffic pattern to ensure efficient service.

Proof of residency is required. Please have a photo ID and at least one form of proof of residency, such as a utility or phone bill, on hand. Residents will be limited to 10 bags per household.
