UPDATE: Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit say 27-year-old Alexander Acevedo was located.
Investigators say Acevedo was located safe and has since been reunited with his family.
A BSO missing persons update alert was issued on Tuesday, July 30, and the first alert was issued on Friday, July 19, after Acevedo was last seen near the 3500 block of West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach.
