When you vote by mail in Broward. You receive your requested ballot which is verified in the mail. We received our ballot in just a few days after requesting it online. You open it fill in the circles for each item or candidate, put it back in the envelope with the sleeve provided, and sign and date it. Then you simply put it back in the mail to the Supervisor of Elections and voila you have voted. The county will notify you when your vote has been received and tabulated by email or text. All of this is traceable on the Supervisor of Elections website.
Total time invested between requesting our ballot online from the Supervisor of Elections, receiving the ballot, and completing it, and dropping it in the mail we had maybe 20 minutes of time invested.
