Subject: RE: 6 year old injured in Deerfield Beach

Good evening, Howie.

This is the information I have confirmed right now:

Around 10:15 a.m., Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of an explosion in the 600 block of Northwest First Terrace in Deerfield Beach. When deputies arrived they located a six-year-old boy who had suffered an injury to his hand. The boy was transported to an area hospital with injuries that are not life threatening. BSO Special Victims Unit detectives responded to investigate and determine the cause of the injury. No one else reported any injuries.
