Deerfield-News.com Deerfield Beach, Fl-This week the city Commissioners and Mayor approved the application from Chik Fil A to open a second location on Federal Highway in Deerfield.
Many residents are very concerned about the ingress and egress and heavy traffic Chick-fil-A stores generally have.
The newest location is on the West Side of Federal South of Eller Street and North Of Hillsboro Boulevard.
The vote was 3-2 with Commissioners Drosky and Preston and Mayor Ganz voting in favor of Chick-fil-A and Commissioners Hudak and Parness voting no for the measure.
