We sold the building and the land in the late eighties.This property has remained vacant ever since.Located on the corner of Dixie Hwy and Eller Street.Orignally Meyers Muffler and a Chevron station opposite Deerfield City Hall on the N. W corner of Dixie Highway.We rebranded the gas station to Texaco as we had three other Texaco stations in Broward.
