BSO DETECTIVES ARE SEARCHING FOR A 15-YEAR-OLD JUVENILE

The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate 15-year-old Xantavia Smart.
According to detectives, Smart was last seen around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 15, in the 200 block of Northeast 39th Court in Deerfield Beach. She was wearing a blue sweater, white shirt and blue jeans. She is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
According to her family, Smart experiences mental illness that requires medication.
