Not to mention elderly drivers who should not be driving and need mandatory retesting which Florida does not implement.
Everyone knows some elderly drivers who will not drive at night. Many elderly drivers should not be driving during the day either. The State of Florida is very lax in the fact there is no mechanism to stop an elderly driver from driving unless a family member takes the keys away.
