The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 29-year-old man who was last seen in Deerfield Beach.

According to detectives, Louivens Narcisse was last seen at approximately 8 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 15, in the area of 4710 N.E. Second Ave. in Deerfield Beach. Narcisse was last seen wearing a gray and white-striped shirt, gray Adidas pants and black and white Nike shoes.

Investigators say Narcisse is about 5 foot 8 inches tall. He weighs around 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. According to his family, he suffers from memory loss.
