Master Management officials working with local officials have been able to designate CVE as a distribution site for the COVID-19 vaccine.
The Moderna vaccine will be available exclusively to pre-registered CVE residents from Tuesday, January 5 through Tuesday, January 12.
Vaccinations will take place at the Le Club & Activity Center Complex, between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm each day.
A maximum of 500 doses per day will be administered. This number has been set by the State of Florida. CVE has no control over the number of doses being provided.
Pre-registration is required.
In order to receive a shot, you must:
1. Be a resident of CVE (CVE ID is required to prove residency)
2. Be age 65 or over
3. Bring a government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth
A CVE ID WILL BE REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CVE ID, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE VACCINE.
Seasonal residents and Canadian citizens are eligible to receive the vaccine.
Once the maximum number of daily residents has been reached, registration for that day will be closed. Again, CVE has no control over the number of doses being provided. A special website exclusively for CVE residents has been created for registration.
TO PRE-REGISTER, YOU MUST VISIT THE WEBSITE:
www.CVEvaccine.com
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REACH THE SITE, IT IS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME. KEEP TRYING AND YOU WILL REACH IT.
Read ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE CAREFULLY! Registration is being done EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE. If you are unfamiliar with working websites, please seek out assistance from family, a friend, or neighbor to help you.
DO NOT CALL MASTER MANAGEMENT, CENCLUB, COOCVE, THE CLUBHOUSE, LOCAL OR STATE HEALTH OFFICIALS IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS.
The only contact method is: [email protected]. |
