SHORT NARRATIVE: Michael had his wife hold a spot for him at Target in the
non-essential line while he parks his vehicle. He then went to the line and relive
his wife, who then went to stand in the essential line. John did not see Michael
taking his wife`s spot at the line and walked up to him to confront him. John
walked up to Michael yelling and screaming as ifhe was going to hit him. Michael
feared for his safety and pulled out his gun (SIG P938), from his waist and backed
away from John. John then asked Michael to shoot him because he was scared.
John eventually backed away and waited for PD. John has a valid Florida conceal
permit and is allowed to carry. Investigation revealed that John was the primary
aggressor and therefore no arrest was made for Michael pulling out his gun.

On 04/29/20 at approximately 1120 hours I made contact with the complainant at
the Dollar Tree located at 924 S Federal Highway Deerfield Beach, FL in
reference to a stolen cellular phone. She stated that right after she left the store she
realized that she did not have her cellular phone with her, therefore she and her
husband returned to the store to retrieve it.
She searched throughout aisles #4 and #5 for her phone but could not find it
therefore she went to the cash register she checked out at however the cashier did
not find a cellular phone at her register. Ashley also spoke to the manager who
informed her that no cellular was found in the store nor turned in either. She used
the “Find my iPhone” app to track her phone and she found that phone never left
the Dollar Tree. Her husband called the phone and a woman answered, informed
him that she had the phone, then hung up.
